Freedom was the main idea that I wanted to sell with the logo mark. While that idea holds top place, I also wanted to visualize safety, modern, affordable, personal, and friendly.
For the first half, I wanted to explore the negative and positive space while the other half would explore type and shape exploration.
I ultimately went with a circular logo mark that includes a falcon head with a single wing surrounded by a pentagon that is missing the lower half. The design reasoning for these choices is that it evokes the classical roaring 20's era style of logo marks as in "remember the good old days and try your best to back to it!"

For this app, the overall flow map of the app was more focused on the simplicity rather than branding so having it work with minimal design was essential. Ironically, the more steps there were the better as allowing the user as much freedom as possible to view their situation was needed.
